If you already have a VOLTZ Vertical Farming account created by sales rep, you can use it to log in. All you need is your account number or the associated email and your password.
If you log in for the first time on the website, you will have to create a password.
If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form.
If you can't log in:
make sure you are using the same email address (or customer account number you were given) and password as when you registered.
If you have forgotten your password: simply click on "Forgot your password". Enter your e-mail address or your account number and we will automatically send you an e-mail allowing you to regenerate your password. Please check your spam or junk mail.
If the problem persists, send us a message in the Contact section of the site.
Click on 'My Account' at the top right of your screen, then click on the forgotten password link and enter your customer account email address or customer account number.
You will receive an email with a link to choose a new password. Please check your spam or junk mail. Click on the link in the email and choose your new password, validate.
You can request to unsubscribe from our newsletter by sending us a message in the contact form.
Your registration is effective as soon as you create your account on the site. You will then receive a welcome e-mail reminding you of your login details. Don't forget to check your junk mail if you don't receive it in your inbox.
