All our products are packaged in heat-sealed bags or sealed jars. The design has been specially developed to allow maximum preservation and protection of the product.

All your order information is accessible from your customer account. We send you an order confirmation email, and an order dispatch email, with a tracking link for your package. By clicking on the tracking number you are automatically directed to the website of our carrier, and you can follow the shipment of your package.

It is possible to modify the order before the basket is validated.

Once the order is validated (and paid fo)r, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order.

It may happen that the preparation of your order is partially delayed. In order not to keep you waiting, we will send you a first parcel with the available items. The following packages will arrive in the same time. We apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused by these multiple shipments.
